WELCOME!
We are a lovely community of 84 homes. Three of the streets end in a cul-de-sac which makes the
neighborhood child friendly. We have access points on common land that take you on wooded paths to Scott’s Pond where you can see the work of beavers, water birds, turtles, frogs and sometimes a snake. This area is home to many other critters like deer, fox, raccoons, and many squirrels and rabbits. Bird watching is a
wonderful experience, especially if you feed them.
This is a community of diversity, with interesting people living here. We have young families with children, retired folks and all those in the middle. You'll feel like you are surrounded by nature, yet have an abundance of restaurants, shopping and amazing historic areas just minutes away.
The Association has two member meetings a year, one in May and another in November. The Board meets the first Monday of each month.
We hope you will find the information available to you via computer useful.
