This year, Jolly old St. Nick temporarily traded in his sleigh for a 2007 Mercury Mountaineer to deliver toys and clothing. As part of their 2010 “Commitment to the Community” program, Coldwell Banker Traditions and Brooks Real Estate, Inc. sponsored several children within the JCC Foster Care Program.

The program was chaired by Associate Broker, Denise Greenwood, committee members were Carter Warley, Adam Nash and Mary Aldrich. Coldwell Banker Traditions, Associate Brokers Denise Greenwood and Christine Austin served as Santa's little helpers in delivering the wrapped gifts to Social Services for final delivery to be made just before Christmas.
