Janice has been in commercial sales and leasing since 1999.
She is currently responsible for 15 - 20 commercial properties at any given time. The areas include Williamsburg, James City County, Newport News and New Kent County, and the properties include warehouse space and retail and office complexes.
Janice works closely with all parties to insure satisfaction and a smooth, successful transaction. Her philosophy is simple; to exceed expectations!
