Mike came to Brooks Real Estate, Inc. in 2006 from multifaceted background with over 30 years of property management experience in Residential, Commercial, HOA and Mortgage Banking, and to be closer to family living in the Hampton Roads area.
Mike has successfully completed a full course of studies through the Institute of Real Estate Management, (IREM) and held the designations of Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) and Certified Property Manager Candidate (CPM/C).
Mike attended the University of Texas, El Paso, and Lee College, Baytown Texas. He has has held the position of Regional Property Manager with The Sibley Group, Commercial Property Manager with Home Properties of N.Y., and Assistant Vice President with LEGG MASON Real Estate Services, Mortgage Banking, all in upstate N.Y. Most recently he was Property Manager for Condo conversions in Orlando and Tampa Florida.
Mike was a member of the U.S. Army and U.S. Coast Guard, Aux. and has a daughter who is a Police Officer in upstate N.Y.
