Angela Darrin is our Property Manager for our residential program at Brooks Real Estate, Inc. Angela comes aboard with 6 years of multi-family and residential property management experience. She has managed several multi-family communities consisting of 250+ units for such companies as S.L. Nusbaum and RAM Partners.
After leaving the multi-family industry she obtained her Real Estate license with the Commonwealth of Virginia and is certified with Fair Housing & the Virginia Residential Landlord Tenant Act.
Angela is a Williamsburg native and is intimately familiar with the local rental market. She also posses intensive marketing training and knowledge which is proven though the success of our residential program. She provides her clients with the best return on their investment, though striving for quality tenant selection, maintaining zero delinquency and minimizing expenses.
